Seller States: This offering represents the opportunity to acquire a well-established, high-growth medical oncology practice with two locations in separate Southwestern states, each serving a distinct patient population. The primary location has operated for approximately 18 years and includes an in-house pharmacy, infusion suite, and Lab-corp, while the second location was established approximately four years ago to expand into an additional market.

Both offices are fully staffed and operate five days per week, with Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Medical Assistants ensuring continuity of care and an uninterrupted service. The practice also maintains an experienced in-house billing team.

The seller, the sole oncologist, currently maintains a progressive clinical schedule across both locations. Significant growth opportunities exist through the future addition of provider, expanded clinic hours, and increased infusion and pharmacy volume. 

Revenue is primarily derived from infusion services (~80%), including chemotherapy, and specialty pharmacy with approximately 14% generated from Evaluation & Management visits. Additional revenue streams include in-office procedures such as bone marrow biopsies. The in-house pharmacy operates at both primary locations (inventory not included in the sale).

The practice participates with Medicare and most major commercial insurers, providing a diversified and stable reimbursement base.
